Mission Statement:
To design, manufacture, and supply the least expensive, most belt-friendly, durable, and effective belt trainer equipment available.
To resolve conveyor belt misalignment in the most cost-effective means possible.

Conveyor belt training:
The conveyor industry is learning from the motor industry with regard to the ‘toe-in’ of idlers being similar to the ‘toe-in’ of motorcar tires.
The SABS has also recommended the ‘forward tilting’ of wing idlers (SANS 1313-1:2012 Edition 4 section 6.4.4) in order to align themselves with the world standard.
Conveyor belt trainers designed by TracknTrain:
Our principle of belt training is to point the idlers towards the center of the conveyor belt ‘toe-in’.
In order to achieve this end, we have designed an offset shaft, rubber contact surface, and tracking disc combination (P63827ZA00) that effectively aligns the conveyor belt through ‘toe-in’.
TopTrack is the ore carry trainer that corrects belt misalignment caused by the ore feeder and prevents ore spillage up the length of the belt. The TripleTrainer is the return tracker and consists of a primary, secondary, and tertiary trainer in one unit preventing belt edge ripping and structural steel cutting. No variable steering mechanism is necessary. (Please email Info(at)TracknTrain.co.za for a Triple Trainer return run Brochure.)
TracknTrain has fully reversible trainers available for reversible belts.
